Notice of Final Results and Update
Nature Group, (AIM:NGRP,) the provider of port reception facilities and waste treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, will announce final results for the year ended 31 December 2012 on 14 May 2013.
The Company started the current year successfully with the receipt of several orders for its Compact Treatment Units as previously announced. We have also continued to work with the Gibraltar Government authorities and made good progress towards the approval of a technically and environmentally safe design for rebuilding the treatment plant. We will provide a more detailed update regarding our Gibraltar operations in our results statement.
