GRANT OF OPTIONS AND DIRECTORS' DEALING
The Board of Nature Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 28 July 2009 it granted options to Directors, as set out below over 250,000 ordinary shares (representing approximately 0.64 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company) with an exercise price of 12p per share, under the Company's unapproved share option scheme.

* Peter Snell is also interested in 350,000 Ordinary Shares held by House of Italy Limited, a company in which he is a minority shareholder.
The closing mid-market price of the Company's shares on 27 July 2009, being the business day prior to the date of grant was 12 pence.
The options become exercisable immediately and expire on 28 July 2012. The options will lapse upon a participant ceasing to: (i) be a director within the Company's group; or (ii) be an employee within the Company's group. There are no performance conditions attached to these options and the options are not transferable.
The Remuneration Committee believes that the grant of options under this plan is appropriate in order to retain and motivate high quality individuals and in the case of non-executive directors rewards those who make a significant contribution to the Company and encourages them to build up, over time, a shareholding in the Company.
In addition, options over 125,000 ordinary shares (representing approximately 0.32 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company) have been granted to a key employee of the group on similar terms.
Following this grant of new options, options over 1,575,000 ordinary shares (representing approximately 4.05 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company) will be in existence.
The issued share capital of the Company comprises 38,860,155 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each.
