Next 15 Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 185,434 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) to be admitted to AIM.

The Ordinary Shares are to be issued as consideration in connection with the vesting of RSU awards under the Next 15 Group plc Brand Restricted Stock Unit Plan for Archetype UK and the Next 15 Group plc Brand Restricted Stock Unit Plan for Archetype Global.

The new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 31 July 2024.

Following the issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 100,823,917 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
