PJSC NCSP Board of Director's Resolutions

Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group (LSE: NCSP, MOEX: NMTP) hereby reports that a number of related-party transactions were approved by PJSC NCSP's Board of Directors on 16 June 2015:
1. Agreement on oil products storage services between PJSC NCSP and PJSC TNT.
2. Agreement of supply of diesel fuel between PJSC NCSP and PJSC TNT.
3. Agreement to provide information services in form of the daily report on tanker fleet handling between PJSC NCSP and JSC Transneft-Service.
4. Service agreement between PJSC NCSP and JSC Transneft-Service on provision of services to Orion A and Ophelia bunkering vessels at the port of Novorossiysk.
5. Agreement on transshipment of exported diesel fuel between PJSC NCSP and JSC Transneft-Service.
6. Agreement between PJSC NCSP and JSC Transneft-Service on provision of services to marine vessels at the port of Novorossiysk.
7. Agreement to provide electronic information services, including the daily report on handling of vessels; report on vessels approaching from roadstead; and plan of mooring operations, between PJSC NCSP and JSC Transneft-Service.
8. Addendum to agreement on provision of services to marine vessels at the port of Novorossiysk between PJSC NCSP and JSC Transneft-Service.
9. Agreement on provision of «NKHP elevator to vessel» transshipment services, and expediting services for exported seeds and grain in bulk between PJSC NCSP and PJSC United Grain Company.
10. Addendum to agreement on provision of «NKHP elevator to vessel» transshipment services, and expediting services for exported seeds and grain in bulk between PJSC NCSP and PJSC United Grain Company.
11. Agreement on provision of workers' training services between PJSC Novoroslexeport and PJSC NCSP.
12. Agreement on provision of transshipment equipment, staff, and services to render services to marine vessels between PJSC NCSP and PJSC Fleet of NCSP.
13. Addendum to agreement on provision of towing and passenger fleet services between PJSC Fleet of NCSP and PJSC NCSP.
14. Addendum to agreement between PJSC NCSP and PJSC Fleet of NCSP to extend the term of the agreement without changing other material terms of the agreement.
15. Addendum to agreement on rent of fueling vehicles' between PJSC NCSP and PJSC Novorossiysk Shipyard.
