NCSP Group 2015 Financial Results

Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group (LSE: NCSP, MoEx: NMTP) hereby announces consolidated financial results to IFRS for the year ended December 31, 2015.

NCSP Group's revenue for 2015 comprised $877.2 mln versus $955.6 mln in 2014. Group's EBITDA increased by $87.9 mln* or 15.4% year on year and reached $657.0 mln* in 2015. EBITDA margin increased by 15.3 percent points up to 74.9%* versus 59.6%* in 2014. NCSP Group recorded net loss for 2015 in the amount of $83.4 mln versus $414.7 mln loss in 2014.
