NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC or "the Group") announces that on 23 August 2011 the Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) listed below were granted the following shares by the Trustee of the Group's Long Term Incentive Plan ("the Trustee") pursuant to the options exercised by them on 11 August 2011.
