Exercise of Deferred Bonus Options
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Nanoco Group plc ("Nanoco") announces that on 17 April 2024 Nanoco received notice that Brian Tenner, CEO, Nigel Pickett, CTO, Liam Gray, CFO, and a number of other employees have exercised in full options granted to them on 9 November 2021. These options are in respect of bonuses earned in previous years which were deferred, and became exercisable upon the publication of the financial statements for the year ended 31 July 2023.
In order to comply with the rules of the scheme, a number of the shares will be sold to meet tax and fee obligations. To meet the exercise of these options, the EBT purchased ordinary shares of 10p each in Nanoco on the open market of the London Stock Exchange.
