Harwood Capital LLP directly holds 155,000 ordinary shares and indirectly holds 6,000,000 on behalf of Oryx International Growth Fund Limited for which Harwood acts as investment adviser. The total holding of 6,155,000 represents 13.32% of issued share capital.
