Issue of 3 million shares to supplier
Ultima, the IT and green technology company, announces that it has issued 3 million ordinary shares of one penny each in the capital of the Company (the "Compensation Shares") to Mr José Antonio Folgado Moreno in compensation for work undertaken to establish solar power projects in Spain. The Compensation Shares have been issued as fully paid and subject only to admission to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Application for Admission has been made to AIM and it is expected that Admission will take place on or around 17 June 2011.
The total enlarged issued share capital of the Company following Admission will be 279,176,538 ordinary shares of one penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The above figure may be used by holders of Ordinary Shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
