The Company announces that it was notified yesterday by Tom Lamb, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, that on 21 March 2024, he purchased 13,000 common shares in the Company of US$0.025 each ("Common Shares"), at a price of £0.50 per Common Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Lamb holds 311,175 Common Shares representing 1.35 per cent of the total issued capital of the Company.
