Directors Dealings
The Company has received notification that Raigersfield Capital Limited, a company wholly owned by Mr. Philip Swatman, a Non-executive Director of the Company, and members of his family, yesterday acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 98.5 per Ordinary Share. Following this acquisition, Mr. Swatman now has a beneficial interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.006 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
