Director's Dealings

Mytrah Energy was today informed that Mr. Russell Walls, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in his own name at an aggregate price of 55.6 pence per share on 1 October 2012 (the "Share Purchase").

Following the Share Purchase, Mr Walls has an interest in 68,700 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company), the interest is made up of 30,000 Ordinary Shares and an option over a further 38,700 Ordinary Shares, which have an exercise price of 95p.
