The Company announced that it has granted the following share options to Ravi Kailas (Chairman and CEO), Peter Neville (Non-Executive Director) and Russell Walls (Non-Executive Director).

The Options issued to Ravi Kailas will vest in equal tranches over three years, with half of each tranche exercisable immediately on vesting and the balance exercisable from the third anniversary of the date of grant.
The Options issued to Peter Neville and Russell Walls will vest in equal tranches over three years and are exercisable on vesting.
