2 ergo Group plc26 February 2007 2ergo Group plc ("2ergo" or "the Company") Exercise of Warrants The Company has received applications to exercise 289,701 warrants to subscribefor new Ordinary Shares (the 'New Shares') at an exercise price of £1.20 pershare. The New Shares have been issued and allotted and rank pari passu with theexisting Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company. Trading of the New Shares onAIM is expected to commence on 27 February 2007.
