SHARE DEALINGS

The Company announces that it has been notified that on 16 October 2025, James Corsellis, Chief Investment Officer of Marwyn Investment Management LLP ("MIM"), the manager of the Company, purchased 54,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 134.3459 pence per share and Marwyn Capital Management Limited ("MCML"), a company owned by James Corsellis, purchased 551,953 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 134.3459 pence per share. The aggregate holding of Ordinary Shares by James and MCML is now 6,971,633 shares, representing approximately 12.33% of the Company's voting rights.

It is expected that 37,761 of the Ordinary Shares acquired by MCML will subsequently be acquired by Marwyn employees, following which, the aggregate holding of Ordinary Shares by James and MCML will be 6,933,872 shares, representing approximately 12.26% of the Company's voting rights.

Also on 16 October, Antoinette Vanderpuije, partner of MIM, purchased 5,547 Ordinary Shares at a price of 134.3459 pence per share. Antoinette now holds 231,259 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.41% of the Company's voting rights.

On 17 October 2025, Tom Basset, partner of MIM, purchased 3,692 Ordinary Shares at a price of 135.4 pence per share. Tom now holds 52,404 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.09% of the Company's voting rights.

Whilst none of James Corsellis, Antoinette Vanderpuije, Tom Basset or MCML are Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") within the meaning of the UK version of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, as incorporated in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended in relation to the Company, they have voluntarily disclosed the information above to the Company, and the Company is voluntarily disclosing the information above to the market, as if they were PDMRs in relation to the Company.
