MULBERRY APPOINTS THIERRY ANDRETTA AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE

The Board of Directors of Mulberry is delighted to announce that Thierry Andretta, currently one of the Company's Independent Non-executive Directors, has been appointed as Chief Executive of Mulberry with effect from 7 April 2015. On this date Godfrey Davis, currently Chairman and interim CEO of Mulberry, will revert to the role of Chairman.

Thierry Andretta has previously held a number of senior roles at brands including Lanvin, Moschino, the Gucci Group, LVMH Fashion Group and Céline and until recently, was chief executive of Buccellati, the Italian high luxury jewellery brand. Thierry joined Mulberry as an Independent Non-executive Director on 9 June 2014 and has recently been engaged as a consultant to assist with reviewing the Company's international expansion.

Godfrey Davis commented: "I am delighted that Thierry has agreed to become Chief Executive. He has a wealth of fashion and luxury goods experience and an ability to drive our ambitious plans for international growth. In parallel with recruiting our new Creative Director, Johnny Coca, we undertook an extensive search and concluded that Thierry was the outstanding CEO candidate."

Thierry Andretta will work closely with Mulberry's new Creative Director, Johnny Coca, who will join the Company on 8 July 2015.

The brand has great international potential and I look forward to building the business with Godfrey, Johnny, the rest of the team and the Board."

Information in relation to Thierry Andretta's appointment to the Mulberry Board required to be disclosed under schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies was included in the announcement of his appointment on 10 June 2014.Thierry Andretta has confirmed that there is no other information that is required to be disclosed.
