Mulberry Group plc (the "Company" or "Mulberry"), the British lifestyle brand, announces that, on 13 May 2026, Andrea Baldo, Chief Executive Officer, was granted an award of options (the "PSP Options") over 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Mulberry Group plc 2017 Performance Share Plan (the "PSP").
The PSP Options were granted for nil consideration with an exercise price equivalent to the nominal value of an Ordinary Share.
The PSP Options are subject to the PSP rules and capable of exercise, subject to the achievement of Company performance targets, following the publication of the Company's audited financial statements in 2028 (in respect of 1,000,000 PSP Options) and in 2029 (in respect of 500,000 PSP Options).
There were 70,577,191 Ordinary Shares in issue at the time of this notification.
