Mulberry Group plc, the AIM-listed luxury brand, is pleased to announce the appointment of Melissa Ong as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Simultaneously, Edward Vandyk, who has been a Non-executive Director of the Company for 8 years, steps down.
Godfrey Davis, Chairman and Chief Executive said: "I would like to thank Edward Vandyk for his significant contribution to Mulberry during his tenure as a Non-executive Director. In addition, I am delighted that Melissa Ong is joining the Board and am confident that she will make a valuable contribution."

Melissa Ong does not hold any shares directly in the Company. However, she is the daughter of Ong Beng Seng and Christina Ong, who together are beneficially interested in approximately 58.1% of the Company's total voting rights.
