Mulberry Group plc ("Mulberry" or the "Company") was notified that on 9 December 2010 Godfrey Davis, Chairman and Chief Executive of Mulberry, disposed of 650,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at 850 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of the above transaction, Godfrey Davis now owns 1,068,490 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.82% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
