Appointment of Director

Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, is pleased to announce the appointment of Anne Margaret Gunther, aged 61, to the board as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Anne is a Chartered Banker and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (UK) with over 40 years' experience in financial services. 

Bob Woods, Executive Chairman, said "I am delighted to welcome Anne to the board. Her many years' experience in banking and private client asset management will be a great asset to the Group as we continue to grow and develop our business."
