("Mattioli Woods" or "the Company")
Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Holding in Company
As required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that on 5 April 2022 Simon Gibson, Chief Investment Officer and who is considered to be a PDMR, sold 2,700 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
In addition, the Company received notification from Link Market Services Limited ("Link") that Link allocated new Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company on behalf of certain PDMRs and persons closely associated with PDMRs of the Company as part of a standing election for the reinvestment of dividends, which were paid 25 March 2022, under The Mattioli Woods plc Share Incentive Plan ("the plan").
The resulting shares held by those PDMRs and persons closely associated with PDMRs is as follows:
