Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated
As required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that on 11 November 2021 the Company received notification from Link Market Services Limited ("Link") that Link allocated new Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on behalf of certain PDMRs and persons closely associated with PDMRs of the Company as part of a standing election for the reinvestment of dividends, which were paid 3 November 2021, under The Mattioli Woods plc Share Incentive Plan ("the plan").
The resulting shares held by those PDMRs and persons closely associated with PDMRs is as follows:
