As required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that on 5 May 2022 Michael Wright, Group Managing Director and PDMR, transferred 4,506 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Sophie Helen Wright, for nil consideration.

Michael Wright's total interest in Ordinary Shares therefore remains unchanged at 20,716, representing 0.04% of issued share capital, which includes shares held by his spouse.
