Re: Additional One-Time Interest Payment
Further to Matomy Media Group Ltd. (the "Company") notice of updated and adjusted interest rate (published on TASE on January 8, 2019 Reference: 2019-02-003079), the Company announces that following its discussions with the trustee of the bonds (series A) of the Company, a one-time payment for the additional interest due for the period commencing on October 1, 2018 and through December 31, 2018 in the amount of NIS 150,116 will be added to the next interest payment due on June 30, 2019.
1. Therefore, the one-time interest rate the Principal shall bear for the period commencing on January 1, 2019 and through June 30, 2019, shall be 3.149% (calculated on the basis of 365-day year and the actual number of days in such period i.e. 180 days) and the total interest to be paid on June 30, 2019 to the bondholders will be in the sum of NIS 3,180,116.44.
2. The semi-annual interest rate for the period commencing on the July 2019 and through December 31, 2019 will be 3% (without derogating from the above, the annual interest rate is 6%).
3. The aforementioned sections 1 and 2 above reflects an annual weighted interest rate of 6.149%.
