Matomy Media Group Ltd. Strategic Update
Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE:MTMY), one of the world's leading digital performance-based advertising companies, is pleased to announce that Ofer Druker, Chief Executive Officer, will relocate to Matomy's New York City office later this summer from his current base at Matomy's global headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel, following receipt of the required corporate approvals. Mr Druker's relocation is a key strategic step as part of the Group's increased focus on the large and growing North American digital advertising market. As such, Matomy intends to invest additional resources in its mobile, social and video advertising capabilities, as well as its programmatic and data-driven services, all of which present significant near-term growth opportunities in the Americas.
The US represents the largest near-term market opportunity for sales, partners and investors for Matomy. Having Mr Druker, the Group's Chief Executive, based in the US bolsters Matomy's global expansion plans and enables Matomy to better capitalise on North American-based opportunities, further strengthening the Group's relations with business partners and potential investors.
Mr Druker will continue to have full management oversight of Matomy, in line with his role as Group Chief Executive.
Commenting on his relocation, Mr Druker said: "North America is a hugely important market for Matomy, and that fact, combined with our enhanced focus on mobile, programmatic and data-driven services, demonstrated by our recent acquisitions of MobFox and Avenlo, has led us to this strategic decision.
