Results of Extraordinary General Meeting of Matomy Media Group Ltd.
Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA) (the "Company"), announces that all resolutions proposed to Shareholders at its Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held on May 14, 2020, were duly passed.
There were duly represented at the meeting 41,218,339 shares, out of the 98,483,839 issued and outstanding shares of the Company.
The results of the EGM are as follows:

[1] Out of the 41,218,339 shares voting only shareholders holding 16,607,228 shares declared they have no personal interest in the approval of the resolution above, an additional calculation of the results was made by excluding the votes of shareholders that did not declare whether they have personal interest in the resolution above and taking into account only the shareholders who declared they do not have personal interest in the resolution above (the "Pure Shareholders").
Out of 16,607,228 Pure Shareholders, this resolution was approved by the affirmative vote of all shareholders and there were no shareholders who voted against the proposed resolution.
