Re: Announcement Regarding a Trading Suspension
Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA) (the "Company" or "Matomy") today announced that, as previously disclosed in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019, since the Company is not currently expected to regain compliance and meet all continuing eligibility requirements under the HGS Rules within the six months of the extraordinary general meeting of the Company's shareholders approving the sale of Team Internet which occurred on 24 December 2019, the Company's securities will be suspended from admission on the High Growth Segment of the London Stock Exchange's main market on the opening of business on Tuesday, 23 June 2020. Following such suspension, Matomy's shares will continue trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Matomy continues to consider its options and scouting for new opportunities going forward.
