Results of Extraordinary General Meeting
Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE:MTMY), one of the world's leading digital performance-based advertising companies, announces that both resolutions proposed at its Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") held on 2 February 2015 were duly passed.
Matomy's Board welcomes Rishad Tobaccowala, Chief Strategist of Publicis Groupe, as a new Non-executive Director and External Director, effective immediately.
The results of the EGM are shown below.
