BLOCK LISTING SIX MONTHLY RETURN

As announced on 13 September 2021, on 14 September 2021, Montanaro European Smaller Companies Trust Plc's ordinary shares of 50 pence each ( "Old Shares") were sub-divided into 10 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("New Shares") (the "Share Split"). Certain figures in the table below have been adjusted to reflect this, as explained in the notes within each section.
