Directors' and PDMR interests in shares
Marshalls plc ("the Company") announces that it received notificationΒ onΒ 3 FebruaryΒ 2009Β that the TrusteeΒ of the Company's HM Revenue & Customs approved share purchase plan ("the Plan"), Yorkshire Building Society, purchased ordinary shares of 25 pence each on behalf of the followingΒ Directors andΒ PersonsΒ DischargingΒ ManagerialΒ Responsibility onΒ 3 FebruaryΒ 2009, to be held in accordance with the rulesΒ of the Plan. The shares were purchased at a price ofΒ 70Β pence per share.
