Marshalls PLC07 June 2006 7 June 2006 Marshalls plc announces that it has been informed today that:- (a) Mr Andrew Allner, Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 3,333 ordinary shares in the Company at 300.0 pence per share; (b) Mr William Husselby, Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 300.0 pence per share; (d) Mr Richard Scholes, Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 3,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 295.75 pence per share; and (c) Mr David Sarti, Executive Director, purchased on 6 June 2006 3,310 ordinary shares in the Company at 302.0 pence per share. Following these transactions, the total beneficial holdings of each of the aboveDirectors is:- Mr Andrew Allner has an interest in 8,333 ordinary shares representing 0.0058%of the issued share capital of the Company; Mr William Husselby has an interest in 10,000 ordinary shares representing0.0070% of the issued share capital of the Company; Mr Richard Scholes has an interest in 3,000 ordinary shares representing 0.0021%of the issued share capital of the Company; and Mr David Sarti has an interest in 33,651 ordinary shares (of which, 13,912ordinary shares are currently held by the Marshalls Employee Benefit Trust)representing 0.0235% of the issued share capital of the Company.
