The Company has published its full Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2022 and Notice of 2023 AGM which is to be held at 11.00am on Wednesday 10 May 2023 at the offices of Walker Morris LLP, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, Leeds, LS1 4DL.
Copies of the documents listed below have been posted to shareholders:

2. Notice convening the 2023 AGM
3. Form of Proxy for the 2023 AGM
