Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility in accordance with Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) ("MAR")
The Company announces that it has been informed that Charlotte Twyning, Non-executive Director, today purchased (i) 6,582 Ordinary Shares of 160/7 pence in the Company (the "Shares") at a price of 480.6 pence per Share, (ii) 6,689 Shares at a price of 470.6 pence per Share, (iii) 340 Shares at a price of 489.1 pence per Share, and (iv) 338 Shares at a price of 491.4 pence per Share. Following this transaction, Ms Twyning now holds an interest of 42,896 Shares, representing approximately 0.003% of the issued share capital of the Company.
