Further re Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director

Marlowe, the leader in business critical services and software which assure regulatory compliance, is pleased to confirm, further to the Company's announcement of 19 January 2022, that Gillian Kent has been appointed to the Marlowe board of directors as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

With an executive career of over 25 years in digital businesses with functional experience in building markets and brands for products and services, Gillian Kent was previously Chief Executive of real estate portal Propertyfinder until its acquisition by Zoopla and spent 15 years with Microsoft including three years as Managing Director of MSN UK.

Gillian currently holds non-executive director roles at Mothercare plc, Ascential plc, NAHL Group plc and SIG plc and was formerly a non-executive director of Pendragon plc and Dignity plc.
