Total Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with DTR 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at 31 August 2012, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 99,929,750 Ordinary Shares of USD0.01 each. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore for the purposes of the Transparency Directive the total number of issued shares with voting rights in the Company is currently 99,929,750.

The above figure of 99,929,750 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
