The Board of Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited announces that on 21 August 2015, the Company purchased 122,000 of its own ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 171p per share. These shares will be cancelled.

The purchase represents 0.16% of the Company's total outstanding shares in issue. Following cancellation of the shares, the issued share capital of the Company will be 76,732,964 Ordinary Shares.
