The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at Lefebvre Place, Lefebvre Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, at 3.00pm on 12 November 2014.

The Notice of AGM has been dispatched to all shareholders, together with a copy of the 2014 Annual Report. An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM and the 2014 Annual Report is also available on the Company's website http://www.mpofund.com.
