Director Resignation
Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited, managed by Sniper Capital Limited, announces that Mr. Timothy Henderson retired from the Board of Directors (the "Board") at the Annual General Meeting held on 8 November 2012, with effect from that date. Mr. Henderson has been an independent Non-Executive Director of MPO since its incorporation on 18 May 2006.
The Chairman and other board members would like to thank Mr. Henderson for his invaluable contribution to the Board during his tenure, particularly his input at the Fund's launch in 2006, its migration to the Main Market in 2010 and at the return of capital in 2011.
