Mercantile Ports and Logistics (AIM:MPL) announces that, further to the Company's announcement on Friday 16 November 2018 relating to a Placing and Subscription to raise approximately £27.8 million plus an Open Offer to raise up to approximately £2.1 million, the Company confirms that a circular was sent to shareholders on 17th November 2018.
