M.P. Evans Group PLC (the "Company")

Total voting rights

In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that as at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital comprises 55,135,335 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares"). All of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights and there are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

This figure of 55,135,335 Ordinary Shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
