Directorate Changes
Molins PLC announces that Mrs Avril Palmer-Baunack is stepping down from her role as Chairman and from the Molins Board. Mr Phil Moorhouse, currently Non-Executive Director and the Senior Independent Director, will assume the role of non-executive Chairman. Both changes take immediate effect.
Avril's decision comes as a result of her significantly increased professional commitments, in particular in her role as Executive Chairman of BCA Marketplace plc. The Board would like to thank Avril for her leadership and contribution to the Company since 2010 and wishes her every success in her new ventures.
Accordingly, the Board is withdrawing the proposed Resolution 3 as set out in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice") posted to shareholders and available to view on the Company's website at www.molins.com/media/402968/20135_molins_ara_final.pdf. All other resolutions set out in the Notice remain and will be put to shareholders at the meeting to be held on 24 April 2015.
