Molins PLC25 October 2007 (25 October 2007) FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE MOLINS PLC Board change Molins PLC, the international specialist engineering company, announces thatAdam Robson, formerly Managing Director, Molins Packaging Machinery & ScientificServices has left the company with effect from today and has taken up anotherappointment. The board would like to thank Adam for his valuable contributionto the company over the past 41/2 years. Dick Hunter, aged 44, who joined the company in January 2003 and has been on theboard since 2004 as Managing Director of Molins Tobacco Machinery, assumed theposition of Chief Operating Officer earlier this year. Dick has taken directresponsibility for the day to day management of the group's three operatingdivisions. This change in the structure of the board was made to ensure a strong managementfocus across the divisions appropriate to the current position and futuredevelopment of the company.
