AGM Trading Statement

Molins PLC, the international engineering and services company, will hold its Annual General Meeting at 12 noon today, and Chairman, Phil Moorhouse, will make the following statement:

"The Board's expectation of Group trading for the financial year to 31 December 2015 remains unchanged.

Against a continuing tough trading backdrop, the Tobacco Machinery division's performance to date is in line with last year's. Trading at the Scientific Services division is more challenging than expected with the relative strength of sterling against the euro and the tobacco sector challenges affecting performance. Trading in the Packaging Machinery division is ahead of last year and prospects remain strong.

As previously reported, we expect the strategic review of our analytical services laboratory operations to complete in the first half of the year and we will provide a further update in due course."
