Mobile Streams plc ("Mobile Streams" or the "Company")

(AIM: MOS)

26th August 2015

Mobile Streams plc ("Mobile Streams" or the "Company") updates the market on its expectations for the current financial year ending 30th June 2016. As a result of its investment in new products such as ad-funded services and in new geographies such as India and Nigeria, as well as ongoing challenges in its core market of Argentina, the Company expects its revenues to be materially lower than current market expectations and EBITDA to be around breakeven.

The Company will update its guidance in due course and expects to release its full annual audited accounts and report for the year ended 30th June 2015 in early October 2015. Additionally, the Company plans to hold its Annual General Meeting on 3rd November 2015 in London.
