Mobile Streams plc08 August 2006 8 August 2006Mobile Streams plc Additional Listing Following the completion of the acquisition of Mobilemode Limited ("Mobilemode")which was announced on 14 July 2006, application has been made for 1,537,736ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admittedto trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM"). These sharesrank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and dealings areexpected to commence on 14 August 2006 on AIM. The new Ordinary Shares are being issued to the vendors of Mobilemode pursuantto the terms of the sale and purchase agreement used to effect the acquisition.
