Final Dividend Record Date Correction
The final ordinary dividend details stated in the Group's Final Results announcement, released at 7.00am on 20 February 2020 under RNS No 5281D, stated an incorrect dividend timetable. The correct position is noted below.
The final dividend of 8.61 pence per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2019 will be paid on 14 May 2020 to shareholders on the register on 3 April 2020, subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 7 May 2020.
