The Board of Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC announces that it has received notice from Supriya Uchil of her intention to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 30 April 2023. Supriya is stepping down to focus on her other work and business commitments. The Board would like to thank Supriya for her commitment and contributions over the past three years and wish her well.

A search for Supriya's successor is underway and a further announcement on succession will be made in due course.
