Director Declarations
In accordance with LR9.6.11, the Company announces that Rob Rowley will step down as Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 20 April 2016. Robin Freestone will succeed Rob as Chair of the Audit Committee.
Rob Rowley will remain Senior Independent Director and will also remain a member of each of the Audit, Risk and Nomination Committees.
