Monitise plc (the "Company")Grant of Options
Monitise plc today announces that on 2 September 2011 the following directors were granted options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Options"):

The new Options have been granted under the Monitise Performance Share Plan. They are exercisable at a price of 1p per ordinary share and will vest on 2 September 2014.
Following the grant of the new Options, the total number of ordinary shares under option which could be issued is 59,636,379 ordinary shares, representing approximately 8.5 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
