Block Listing Application

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 9,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List.

These Shares are being reserved as an increase to an existing block listing and will be issued as a result of the exercising of future share options pursuant to the M&G plc Sharesave Plan 2019.

The admission date for these Shares is expected to be 25 October 2024. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

The Company will make six-monthly announcements of the utilisation of the block admission, in line with its obligations under Listing Rule 20.6.6.
